Lol this is what happens when I color in random sketches left in mah hard drive~
This isn't anyone in particular but I really like his design so I might use him again~ And yes, I'm aware that the coloring is off, it was one of those tentionally messy looks. It kinda looks dumb up close so don't zoom in XD

This isn't an anti-smoking campaign by the way, his cigarette contains evil skull and cross-bone shaped smoke, it cannot be helped~

FFFFF For some reason he's really hot to me~ I think it's the hood...hoods are really hot for some reason XD

I might upload a different coloring of this~ Heck I may even draw this guy again, I kinda like the design~
