This was done with a tablet in photoshop with LAYERS so if you don't have access to a better program then paint then don't try THIS XD I'll try to make a paint coloring tutorial later but for now here ya go!
Oh and in the zoom in of her face I used paint to fix the shine correctly it wasn't like that at first XD The end result is the way I REALLY colored it XD
In the naruto anime, there are almost NO highlights or lowlights and minimarl shines on ANYTHING.
This doesn't cover backgrounds by the way, I'll work on a tutorial some OTHER time on that ok? XD
These are the BASIC coloring points to remember! The shading, the light source are VERY important, the basic way things are DONE. Yeah.
